This is a short update just to let everyone know that things are moving behind the scenes.
To begin with, our website has launched (obviously!) and content will continue to grow and change as we work to accomodate all Team CureCoin folders. Additional Knowledge Base Articles will pop up over time as user issues arise, and more helpful guides may be created.
Our Support Team is growing, so we hope that any CureCoin users can find help when they need it. If you can’t find what you need in the Knowledge Base, pop over to the IRC channel for support from our volunteers. If they can’t help, we’re implementing a ticket system that should allow our volunteers to escalate a case directly to the core team for resolution. Rest assured, we’re working hard to bring you a smooth user experience and responsive support if you have trouble.
Pool-side, we’ve got minor updates and improvements to speed which should help new users’ points reflect a bit faster. Work on the pool is ongoing to help clean up the UI, which has been a matter of some small confusion for some users.
