[Closed] transaction id/transaction hash for missing payouts?

New Member Customer

Each evening I have an automatic curecoin payout sent to my poloniex account. On January 30th, the transaction log indicates that a payout was made ...

but nothing was deposited at the other end. In order to sort this out, I would like to get a copy of the transaction id/transaction hash (TXID) for this transfer. Is there anyway to get the information? Anyone else have a missing withdrawl?

I don't know whether related, but my automatic payment to poloniex didn't go through either last night.
However, the balance is there in my pool account, so just going to try a manual withdrawal.

I was wondering why the second day my wallet does not receive coins from the pool.
Reinstalled the wallet, but the same. Problem with the pool?

In the pool:
Account Balance: 39.857314 CURE

2017-01-31 - no data
2017-01-30 00:50:33 ..................... -39.282883 (CURE)

Hmm...yeah now that you mention it, I didn't get a payout last night either. Must be an issue with the pool. Maybe has something to do with this:

There is going to a bit more of a delay than usual on some basic support like logins / pin help. A lot is changing behind the scenes right now and hopefully for the better very soon. Also v1.3.5 of the curecoin wallet is going to be delayed likely another week. Thanks for your patience. In the mean time if you can solve your issue by starting a new account feel free to do that.

Cheers and Fold ON!

I'm having a similar issue too. I had an automatic payment to a Poloniex account posted here, but it never arrived to my wallet. I turned off the auto payout just in case. I also tried to do a manual cash-out today, but it won't actually complete the transaction for me

Another day's payout is now in my pool account (Good!) but no auto payout again and the 'Cash Out' option doesn't work (Bad!)
I think (hope) this is just a side effect of the "a lot is changing behind the scenes" warning we got!

Same problem here. I receive a payout, but I cannot transfer anything to my CURE wallet. It is the same whether I try to cash out, or receive it automatically each day. When I try to cash out, it just returns with a blank screen.

I have had this problem for 3 days now.

Also, I do not believe last nights payout was correct. It seems to be a repeat of the day before, or something.

Me too.
Could it have something to do with the new wallet version? I couldn't get it to install last night. (Linux)

I just added some resources one of the pool nodes, everything should catch up tonight and payout the accumulated balances also. Its not the new wallet no need to change anything there. Next payout should hit in about 4 hours from now with the coins from the previous 2 days included. I will rebuild the node in question soon to amp up the resources further.

as far as the OP question about your missing TX to the exchange, this is not entirely uncommon with exchanges. They are known for delayed deposits and withdrawals at some times. Usually its a matter of waiting for they systems to catch up but if it something else you can send them your tx id by double clicking the transaction in your transactions tab in the wallet. You can verify that hash on the block explorer also.

Everything seems to be working just fine now. The missing payment from a few days ago showed up as well. Thanks Cygnus.
