I'm not sure what this means..... the dates look off... are these pending? No other indications that they're linked are there, no hashrate or anything else.

Have you gotten ANY payouts at all since you started folding for CURE? .... If so, I would say you will see a payout tonight at 12am EDT. If not, then we have other configuration issues we need to look at.

I'm waiting to see if there is a payout at 12 EDT, though I'm not hopeful. I have not seen any payouts yet, to date, since I started folding.

OK, I see the problem. Your pool account is using the wrong case.

It appears you registered as LDRA02 on cryptobullionpools, but your [email protected] account is ldra02:

If the pool doesn't let you change the username, you'll have to create a new account, but I believe you will be able to change your username, no worries.

Unfortunately after you change it, you wont be able to get credit retroactively. Your earnings will start from "day 0" at that point.

I'm not too sure how to change the username. I looked, and I didn't see an option to. In my account settings, it's showing that it's capped Ldra02, but it doesn't seem to give any option to change the capitalization. I tried making an account ldra02 with a different email to no effect.

OK, this is probably something Cygnus can change in the database pool database. Stand by.

Thanks for all the help from you guys, this has been frustrating, but because of my previous experience with mining, I know it can typically be far more frustrating straight mining other coins. The help is greatly appreciated.

In as crazy busy as my life has gotten recently, I forgot to write to thank the F@H team for their prompt replies and working on this issue so hard. Thank you for getting it fixed, it seems to be working just fine now, I've been getting payouts consistently since then. 8) 🙂 😉

A couple of weeks ago I was trying to earn while folding for team 228159. Now, I gained Curecoin You have earned 5,250 points. Your team, "SOCHI123", has earned 14,106,092 points .. But when I log in to my client's office and wanted to stay Curecoins I see nothing - zero points . The FAQ explains that it should be only between 24-48 hours before the payments begin to appear . But on the fifth day I have begun, and I do not see curecoins.

Let's try to solve this problem .

There's also the bit in the FAQ that explains you need to be on team 224497.

hi guys i apear to be having this issue of having no payments my f@h name is TheDarkRezolution
i have double checked that my name is identicle on the client and the login. I have also made sure the team is correct and i even appear on the curecoin list for ppd. Today is now the 3rd day and ive seen nothing in my account any help?

OK, I see you on FAH and Extreme Overclocking ...

how long have you been folding for team Curecoin? in other words did you switch recently (within the past 24-48 hours)? Unfortunately many assume points are retro-active, but they only count towards while you are folding for team 224497.

Also if I can ask - did you create a passkey on FAH?

Sorry of those questions are rhetorical ... just need a starting point.

BTW, we just found that recent security changes to the pools maybe preventing payouts on new accounts. I've contacted Cygus. He should be able to look at it later today. -wuffy68

hi wuffy68 in reguards to your question ive now been foling for team cure coin since the 21st so for 5 days.
I used to fold years ago but quit but recently i got back into things so started up f@h again played around with it and then joined team cure coin. and yes i have a passkey for f@h. any other questions.

OK that's perfect TheDarkBGM. Thanks for joining the team - I think what we are working on is a paradigm shift for distributed computing participation.

To make a long story short - and Cygnus knows about it now - last week we introduced some additional security code on the pool which is apparently keeping new curecoin team members from receiving coins.

He's going to be working on a fix today. Can't guarantee a specific ETA at this point, but we will make an announcement when its back to nominal.

Also it would be a good idea to post this in the news section so other new people will know this right away
what this new type of security is and possibly give a rough eta when u know more.
