Fixed - New Accounts Not Paying Out on Folding Pool

If you create or have created a new account some time within the past week (Approx. June 17-26), you will likely experience partial functionality. Although you can create a new accounts, the server does not currently deposit coins into the associated wallet of those new accounts.

Existing accounts (those created before last week) continue to work nominally.

We are in the process fixing this issue, it is our top priority.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We will update the team as soon as the problem is resolved.

Issue is now fixed. Payouts for newly created account should start at 12:00 midnight EDT.

It is not fixed. I have been folding for a week and no payout and any sign at the pool.

Likely your fault, not the team leader. Again:

You have apparently not entered the correct team number (224497) in your [email protected] Configuration (Configure | Identity | Team Number). From the F@H donor page:

Donor Agatuza
Team Default (includes all those WU returned without valid team number) (0)

Hi Agatuza, unfortunately Jrweiss is spot on about your account. Until you can set your [email protected] client to fold for team 224497, you wont be able to start earning CURE.

Here is a screenshot of your current account, and how I suggest you fix it.

You have to add team 224497 to your client configuration (we can help you locate where this is done, but you have to let me know if you are using Chrome w/ NaCl, client with WebUI, or Advanced Client.

Ensure you have followed the instructions in our knowledgebase:

I would also suggest getting registered on the folding forum https://foldingforum.org/ since they are experts are getting your client folding properly if we can't help get past this hurdle.

Once you add team 224497 to your client, and fold a couple units, let us know and we can check your account.

I am accruing curecoins in my account but have been unable to transfer to my wallet. It is a new account.

OK, are you trying to "Cash Out" or are you using "Automatic Payments"?

Make sure your payout address matches a receiver address in your wallet

Let us know what the error is that you're getting.

Hi and thanks for responding.

Both tried to cash out and with auto payments. Strangely when I set the auto payment amount it defaults back to 99.99.
Hmmmm. The payout address matches one of my wallet addresses exactly. Not sure if there is significance to your specifying "receiver" address as I didn't know there was a difference.

I'm not getting any error. When I enter my pin and click cash out I get a confirmation message but the transaction never takes place.

One thing I noticed is that there is a : 0% POOL FEE. Is that correct?

Any wallet should work, right? I set up a tokenly pockets wallet for foldingcoin.net and have received both bitcoin and FLDC to a different address in the same wallet.

Ah Ok ... you need a CureCoin specific address which you get through a CureCoin specific wallet. Tokenly I believe is ONLY for bitcoin and Counterparty tokens. CureCoin is not a CounterParty asset like FoldingCoin (CureCoin has its own blockchain) so you need an independent wallet which you can download from the right side of the homepage: https://www.curecoin.net/

Ok thnx I will try it. Its true i had 0 team folded. Now i do 224497. And than we wil see. Tnx!
