Poloniex (Get Your Stuff Out While You Still Can)

Active Member Customer

Fellow CURE-ers (my first crypto-community 🙂

I just returned from visiting the "Corporate Offices" of Poloniex, in Wilmington, Delaware.

(TLDR; read the last few sentences.)

You see, this is my deposit:

The destination address is my Polo FLDC address.

I have had my Poloniex deposits stuck 2 or 3 times before. I would raise ALL KINDS OF hail, and finally, between 2 and 10 days later, they would release it. That was when they had the Trollbox. But, after (I witnessed) at least one person threaten to commit sui- if their matter wasn't addressed, it wasn't 2 or 3 days later that the Trollbox had been taken down "indefinitely".

One would think 1 of 2 things would happen with my account. Either:

1) Polo would mark my account "safe" or whatever so that my deposits would go through automatically like they do for about everyone else, or

2) I wouldn't be "stupid" enough to deposit my FLDC in Polo again.

Neither of those happened, of course, and I "stupidly" deposited some FLDC 3 days ago. ***stiCK!!** Well, After ignoring my trouble ticket and it's updates, and calling the "Corporate Offices" over days, more times than I have digits on both sets of extremities, to speak with someone that could help my situation, but never speaking to even an operator; I decided to pay their Corporate Offices a visit.

And boy do I have a crypto-world-shaking story to tell.

Poloniex is a fraud. Poloniex almost doesn't exist at all.

Get your stuff out of Poloniex while you can.

More, Later.

PS: Please do not yet quote this story outside of the CURE forum, including and especially quoting it on I want to go about this in the best way...

i can easily believe this. i still have a support ticket that is over 115 days old! for a reason that is very similar to yours. ever since they took down the trollbox, started talking about understaffed, and ignored support tickets i immediately pulled everything i could off that site.
